Our family went today to get our Halloween costumes at Arc's Value Village in New Hope. 5 costumes and accessories for $33! If you are thinking about going, you had better go soon - I get the feeling that it will be picked over in a week or two more. Such a relief to not spend so much money this year, and your money is benefiting so many people locally!
